JoJo: The Little Orange Cat Who Found His Way Home 🧡

If you have ever lived with an orange cat, you probably know that they can bring a very special kind of energy into a home.

JoJo from Guizhou, China, is a perfect example.

A Little Orange Cat Appeared

It was an ordinary evening when a chubby little orange cat appeared near his future home. He looked a little unsure of his surroundings, but his bright eyes and warm orange fur immediately caught his parent’s attention.

At first, he was simply a little cat who had appeared out of nowhere. But after seeing him again and again, it became harder to think of him as just a visitor.

Little by little, JoJo became part of the family.

His name was chosen because “JoJo” sounded lively, stylish, and easy to call. Looking at his energetic personality and bright orange fur now, it is hard to imagine him with any other name.

Meet JoJo

Now two and a half years old, JoJo is a true orange-cat character.

He is playful, curious, confident, and very affectionate. He also has one very important priority in life: food.

Whenever he sees something delicious, JoJo loves to circle around his parent’s feet, making sure his presence is noticed. When he isn’t looking for snacks, he can often be found sitting somewhere high, watching everything happening around the house.

And when the sun comes out, he knows exactly what to do.

He finds the warmest spot, curls himself into a little orange pancake, and enjoys the sunshine.

Always Up to Something

JoJo may look innocent, but he has a mischievous side.

One day, he managed to knock over a bag of cat food while his parents weren't looking. Within seconds, food was scattered across the floor.

Another time, he discovered a box of tissues and decided it was the perfect toy. One tissue became two, two became ten, and before long, tissues were flying everywhere while JoJo happily rolled around in the middle of the mess.

For JoJo, it wasn’t really a disaster.

It was just another successful day of having fun.

The Soft Side of JoJo

Behind all that energy, JoJo is also a very affectionate little cat.

Whenever his parents come home, he runs over to greet them, circles around their legs, and looks up for attention. When he wants to be petted, he gently rubs his head against their hand.

One of his parent’s favourite memories is a quiet weekend afternoon. Sunlight filled the room while JoJo curled up on their lap, softly purring as he enjoyed the warmth.

There was nothing exciting happening that day.

And perhaps that was what made it so special.

More Than Just an Orange Cat

If JoJo could describe his parent, he might say: “This is the person who gives me good food, pets my head, and sometimes stops me from causing trouble. But this is also my person.”

And that is probably what his parents love most about him.

JoJo is never shy about showing affection. Whether he is running to the door, asking for head scratches, curling up in the sunshine, or simply staying nearby, he always seems to bring a little warmth into the room.

He may be greedy when it comes to food, stubborn when he wants his own way, and occasionally responsible for a tissue disaster.

But that is JoJo.
