Hi there, hoomans! š¾ Iām Bella Bellarda, a 5-year-old Canadian cat. Once labelled a āproblem cat,āĀ now a shoulder-jumping, cuddle-seeking, almost-100K Instagram cat with a very serious message: adopt, donāt shop. And once you adopt, never abandon us. We are not toys. We are family š
I live in Canada with my dad and my godfather, two humans who believed in me when others didnāt. They taught me that love means showing up every day, not just when things are easy. Together, weāve built a home full of purrs, humour, and second chances.
Every whisker on my face is a reminder that adoption changes lives, not just ours, but yours too. Somewhere right now, another āproblem catā is waiting for the human who will finally see their potential.
š Life With My Humans (Love First, Always)

Morning routine? Wake my godfather with a gentle headbutt, share a giggle (yes, cats giggle with their eyes), then curl back into my dadās chest where his heartbeat feels like home. Weāve learned each otherās rhythms: he knows my āsecond-breakfastā trick, I know his āone-more-minuteā cuddle.
With two humans, I donāt just live ā I belong. They listen to my tiny changes: the way my tail twitches when Iām unsure, the soft chirp I use when I need comfort. They make space for me ā quiet litter spots, playtime when my zoomies arrive, hands that never rush me, voices that tell me Iām safe.
Hereās our secret: love is the routine. Itās scooping the box when no oneās watching; booking the vet when I act āoffā; moving furniture, so I feel braver; pausing a meeting because I chose their lap. We donāt measure days by messes or perfect behaviour. We measure them by trust.
Thatās what responsible pet pawrentship looks like in real life: patience, care, and deep, silly, everyday affection. We are a team ā games, naps, cuddles, and yes, problem-solving together. Iām not a toy. Iām their family⦠and theyāre mine.
šø Influencer with Whiskersšŗ

Yes, Iām an Instagram cat, but Iām not just a pretty face (or a perfectly boopable nose).Iām smart, playful, and full of tricks. I can jump on shoulders, come when called, give my paw, and perform little stunts! All learned through patience, trust, and the magic of positive training.
See, cats are brilliant. We donāt respond to orders ā we respond to connection. And speaking of smart⦠Iām multilingual! My humans and godfather speak English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Italian, and Portuguese ā so yes, I understand at least five of them. Iām basically a furry little polyglot influencer. I meow in all accents. šš¾
But hereās the thing: my fame isnāt about filters or followers. Itās about using humour to change how people see cats. Every time I make someone laugh, I also make them listen.

Humour opens hearts. It transforms frustration, like āugh, my cat peed again!ā into curiosity:āWhy is my cat stressed? What is she trying to tell me?ā Thatās where compassion begins.
If my videos make you smile and make you think, Iāve done my job. Because behind every funny cat clip thereās a real message: weāre not misbehaving, weāre communicating.
So yes, Iāll keep leaping, purring, and pulling silly faces on camera⦠but not just to entertain: to educate. Thatās what being an influencer with whiskers truly means. š¾
šļø Products with the Bellarda Seal of Approval
Before I proceed, letās clarify something: I only recommend things that I personally use. No fake ads here! Just purrs and honest reviews.
My favourite product ever? Odor Buster cat litter, a Canadian brand I personally endorse (because, well, Iām Canadian too). It lasts longer, smells less, and helps my humans keep the house clean.
If youāre a brand that wants to collaborate ā or a human looking for my approved gear ā visit my official website:Ā šĀ www.venxel.com/bellardalandingpage
There, youāll find my story, photos, and contact information for my team. Every visit helps more cats like me get seen, loved, and adopted.
š Letās Talk Pee (Yes, Really): What It Means and What It Doesnāt

You may have heard legends about me peeing in⦠creative places. Listen closely: pee outside the litter box is communication, not ārevenge.ā Itās your cue to help, not to punish, yell, or (never ever) abandon.
Hereās what a responsible pet parent does:
1) Rule out medical causes first.
Cats can suffer FLUTD/FIC (feline lower urinary tract disease/cystitis), crystals, blockages, pain, kidney issues, diabetes, or hyperthyroidism. These can make us strain, pee frequently, or associate the box with pain. Call your veterinarian for an exam and tests (urinalysis, culture, imaging) to keep us safe.
Ā
2) If the vet clears medical issues, think stress & environment.
Weāre routine creatures. Changes (new people, other cats, furniture moves, noisy appliances, fireworks), resource competition, or anxiety can push us to pee elsewhere to self-soothe or āmarkā safety.
3) Fix the litter box world.
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Number:Ā One box per cat, plus one (for multi-cat homes, especially).
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Access & safety:Ā Place boxes in quiet, easy-to-reach spots (avoid ambush zones and loud machines).
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Size & design:Ā Large boxes with low sides for seniors; try uncovered options if covers trap smells or make us feel cornered.
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Cleanliness:Ā Scoop at least twice daily; wash boxes once a week.
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Substrate:Ā Most cats prefer unscented clumping clay. Avoid heavy perfumes.
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Odor clean-up:Ā Use enzymatic cleaners; avoid bleach/ammonia (they can attract repeat marking).
Bottom line:
If we pee outside the box, itās a cry for help, not rebellion. Help us feel safe again. Thatās what love looks like. And, between us⦠my pee smells good, itās full of love. š
š¾ My Message to Humans and Cats Alike

To all the humans reading this: Love us with patience. Listen to our signals. Keep learning who we are. If we act out, look deeper: thereās always a reason. Donāt give up on us. Ever.
And to my fellow cats out there, especially those still waiting in shelters: Hold on. The right human is out there. You are not broken. You are not too much. You just haven't been truly understood yet.
š¬ Final Meow

I may be an Instagram cat, but my mission is bigger than likes or views. Itās about building bridges between humans and felines. One laugh, one cuddle, one second chance at a time.
If my story helps even one person choose cat adoption responsibly, or keeps one cat from being abandoned due to fear or frustration, then every video, every jump, and every purr was worth it.
Because behind every purr, thereās a promise: Never abandon those who trust you. Love them, learn from them, and theyāll give you the world in return.
With love,
Bella Bellarda š¾
