Once upon a time in the bustling streets of Istanbul, Turkey, a little ball of fluff named Oreo came into this world. Born amidst the challenges of street life, her early days were filled with adventures and hurdles that shaped her resilient spirit.

Her journey took a turn when kind-hearted rescuer Rabia in the neighborhood noticed her struggling to survive. Despite the chaos of the streets, Oreo caught the eye of this compassionate soul who saw beyond her ragged appearance to the beauty within. 

Rabia became Oreo’s guardian angel, providing her with food, shelter in the garden, and most importantly, love. Oreo transformed under the care of her newfound friend, blossoming into a confident and affectionate cat despite her rough beginnings.

As Oreo grew, she couldn’t put up with the rough weather and cat-fights. So, this angel placed Oreo in a foster home to search for a real home via Hold My Paw Rescue in The Netherlands.

Meet Oreo

Hello, animal lovers! My name is Oreo, and I'm a beautiful long-haired female cat born in 2017 in Turkey. Currently, I live in foster care in The Hague, The Netherlands. I have a unique coat with predominantly white fur, adorned with charming black and yellow hairs on my face, making me quite the stylish feline! 

I may not be the cuddliest cat who enjoys being held for long periods, but I have my own special way of showing affection.

Regarding pets, I have a particular fondness for head scratches and gentle strokes. It's like my little piece of heaven! I have a unique personality that shines through my elegant demeanor. I'm independent and enjoy exploring my surroundings, but I also crave those moments of connection with my human companions. 

You and Me Snuggling?

I bring my own special purring-mew style to the mix. Picture us snuggled on the couch, my gentle purrs adding a soothing melody to our TV time. Whether it's a lazy afternoon binge-watching your favorite shows or a peaceful night of sleep, I'll be right there by your side, purring. We could also sit together outside as I absolutely adore sunbathing, and nothing makes me happier than feeling the warmth of the sun on my fur.

When my future family watches me in these sun-soaked moments, they too will find solace and joy in witnessing my sheer happiness, a testament to the simple pleasures that fill our lives with warmth and love.
